like you've been hit by a bus. Not only do you feel wounded
emotionally, but you feel physically sick. Many of us wonder if
we will ever feel happy again. Healing a broken heart can be a
difficult task. Sometimes it is better to take on a task like
this with the help of a friend or a family member.

You need to get out of the house. Go to the
ballpark and watch a game. Go to the movies and see a show. Go
to the mall and buy some new shoes! Whatever you do, don't just
sit at home and mope. Try to keep yourself busy to keep your
mind off your broken heart.
Pick up a new hobby to keep your mind off
your broken heart. Maybe there is something that you have
always wanted to try, but you never did because you just didn't
have the time. Why not start doing it now? What do you have to

healing a broken heart that a good friend, a box of tissues and
some ice cream can do wonders for some people. For other people
they may just need some time to unwind and organize their
thoughts.
